Meet Dan Gruen, Founder & Managing Member: Dan founded Agilis Law to provide flexible, straightforward, value added legal services to a select group of clients engaged in sophisticated business transactions. His practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate ownership, financing, leasing and construction, as well as general business law. His expertise, integrity and personable style have resulted in long term relationships with his clients. Dan's experience includes serving for many years as a managing partner of a small transactional firm comprised of big firm escapees, as an in-house attorney at Toll Brothers, Inc., one of the nation's leading home builders, and as an attorney in the D.C. office of Latham & Watkins, an international law firm. Additional experience as the Issues Director on the re-election campaign of Philadelphia Mayor Ed Rendell and two federal court clerkships round out Dan's skills as a legal professional, negotiator and business partner. Dan graduated Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law and with High Honors from Rutgers College. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia. Dan grew up in New York, and currently lives with his wife, Karen, and daughters, Hannah and Claire, outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Fun Fact About Dan: He had recurring appearances on early seasons of Sesame Street – as one of the kids, not a muppet. |
